Human Resource is the most powerful resources, which is abundant in India. But the search is still going on in a highly changing and uncertain competitive corporate world to find the right personnel for the right job. We found that there are lots of potentials searching opportunities to establish themselves to peak their performance. We are very passionate to revolutionize the usage of human resources and to fulfill corporate needs. Moreover the mismatch between talents and tasks leading to the wastage of human resources has to be prevented. We frame our own equations and practices to harmonize the both. Our market research on candidates’ attributes and industry needs revealed that there is a gap in matching the both. To overcome these concerns and to bridge the gap between the client and candidate we formed the team Iwiz Jobs
