- Increased the time size to six.

- Incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
- Further increased the number of clients in Insurance and also started working on multiple channels in Insurance.
- Added ITES to the point of focus by acquiring few clients in the financial domain.

- Become the primary recruiter for one of the client in ITES and was awarded as the best recruiter by the client.
- Extended focus towards the field of General Insurance and became a successful vendor for most of the big players in Insurance Industry.
- Expanded the team size to ten

- Acquired more Clients on ITES and built a separate team to work for ITES voice requirements.
- Also started working for semi skilled requirements on Manufacturing sector and soon become as the major vendor for one of the client.
- Acquired clients on Retail, Publishing and Media Industry.
